MANCHINI was created by the famous Bulgarian chef Ivan Manchev and is the result of the perseverance, dedication and creativity that have marked his professional path. It is the universal solution for the perfect end to any menu – from a hearty morning breakfast to a refined dinner at the end of the day, coffee is that obligatory element that turns routine into perfection. “MANCHINI is a dream that has waited for its star moment. I have been working on it for years – from those first commitments as a chef, when my day began long before the sun had risen, during the periods when coffee was my faithful companion during my busiest time in the kitchen, to today, when I am fortunate to know the rich and full taste of a perfectly prepared espresso. MANCHINI is a combination of craftsmanship, tradition and attention to every detail. A pleasure that I want to share with others, a ritual that will become an indelible part of their memories.”

MANCHINI sets foot on Bulgarian soil as the fruit of the best practices in coffee production, typical of the South American and East African regions. The aromatic coffee beans gather the warm sun that illuminated the fertile plantations of Brazil, Colombia and Ethiopia, and reflect a diverse palette of flavors - from fragrant chocolate that tickles the palate, to refreshing fruity and floral notes that awaken the senses.
